This website is operated by BTS Insurance LLC, doing business as Oak & Mercer Benefits. References to "we," "us," and "our" on this page mean BTS Insurance LLC.

When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, your email address, an optional company name, and the contents of your message. That is the only information we collect through this website.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics tools on this site. Standard server logs from our hosting provider may record routine technical information such as your IP address and the time of your visit, used only for diagnosing site errors.

How we use it.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to understand what you are looking for, and to follow up with you about benefits coverage or services we offer.

How we share it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party advertisers or marketers. We may share information with insurance carriers and service providers when doing so is necessary to quote, place, or service a benefits plan you have asked us about, and we may share information when required by law or by our regulatory obligations as a licensed insurance broker.

Your choices.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@oakandmercerbenefits.com with the request and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this notice.

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised notice.
